Do you still experience poor network performance with Docker for Mac on 1.12.1 or Beta 26.1/Beta 27? If so, could you please post a detailed sequence of steps to reproduce the issue? For instance, could you tell us the command you are using to docker run rand/docker-clojurescript exposing ports or start a lein ring server on port? Are you using a graphical web browser to browse to docker image container from host using default ip?
Docker performance is near metal in almost all circumstances. This is due to not having to virtualize the entire network stack. Now here is the kicker. Docker does not run natively in OSX.
